PageUp events are governed by these terms and conditions, and by booking to attend an event, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions below.
1.1 Registration and payment must be received by PageUp prior to attending CLIFFHANGER Bootcamp.
1.2 No refunds will be given once the program has been confirmed to registered participants via a confirmation email from PageUp.
1.3 Should a participant be unable to attend CLIFFHANGER Bootcamp, a substitute may be sent in their place. PageUp must be notified of all substitutions prior to the date of the Bootcamp.
1.4 CLIFFHANGER Bootcamp may be cancelled due to low numbers. In this instance full refunds will be applied.
2.1 PageUp reserves the right to change the program date and venue at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure the date and venue is suitable to all participants already registered and to notify attendees of the date and/or venue change.
2.2 PageUp reserves the right to prohibit entry to any person to CLIFFHANGER Bootcamp, or eject any person from CLIFFHANGER Bootcamp based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by PageUp staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.
2.3 Canvassing by attendees is strictly prohibited at CLIFFHANGER Bootcamp. Promotional materials may not be distributed. Attendees violating this policy will be asked to leave the Bootcamp.
2.4 Photographs taken at any PageUp program or event may be used for promotional purposes on the PageUp website and in PageUp publications. If you do not want a photo displayed in this way, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
